    Gino Torriero's journey into construction commenced at 18 when he joined Nello Construction as a junior estimator. His sheer persistence and commitment propelled him to the position of CEO. Throughout his 30-year career, he transformed the company, elevating its revenue from $12 million in 1995 to an impressive $67 million by 2020, underscoring his tenacity and professionalism.

     

    He lent his expertise to many commercial and industrial endeavors throughout his career. In the realm of commercial projects, his keen insights and unique skill set played pivotal roles in successful ventures such as Home Depot renovations, modernizations at Wendy's, Comcast, and AT&T office fit-outs, as well as significant contributions to over $100 million in diverse car dealership projects for the Cochran Automotive Group.

     

    In the industrial sector, he demonstrated his adeptness in managing large-scale operations with projects like the $20 million facility for FTS International, a prominent player in the Gas Fracking Industry. Other commendable undertakings include a $7 million equipment storage and repair facility for RG Johnson, four projects for Germany-based Rose Plastics, a $25 million luggage facility at Pittsburgh International Airport, and the construction of a training facility for the PA State Police.

     

    He achieved even greater triumphs as he led the execution of institutional projects. He oversaw the completion of over $750 million in school projects and the remodeling of prominent establishments such as the Fort Pitt Museum, Allegheny County Morgue, and Forensics Lab. His portfolio also boasts over $150 million worth of church constructions and a public recreational facility, showcasing his unwavering diligence and professionalism.
